Good Samaritan Lutheran Church

The mission of the Good $ense Ministry is to educate people about the Biblical Financial principles of money management so they can move out of financial bondage into financial freedom.

To fulfill this mission, Good $ense has two primary strategies. The first is to teach and encourage people in the practical application of Biblical Financial Principles. This teaching is contained in the Good $ense Budget Course.

The Good $ense Budget Course addresses:
What the culture says about money. We call this the "Pull of the Culture."
What the Bible says about money. It is the single most talked about thing in the Bible! We call the "Mind and Heart of God," and explore how it is in conflict with the Pull of the Culture.
The tools, ideas, and information which people can use Biblical Financial principles in their money management and lives.

Upcoming Good $ense Budget Course:
Saturday, July 10 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The cost is $15.00 per person or $25.00 per couple. Lunch will be provided. For more information, please contact the Good $ense team

The second strategy of the Good $ense Ministry is to train and equip a group of Good $ense counselors to provide free, biblically-based, confidential counseling to assist either individuals or families in addressing financial difficulties or to help them to avoid encountering financial difficulties to begin with.
