STITCHING SISTERS

Stitching Sisters is a small group that has a fantastic ministry with making the Prayer Shawls you see on some of the pews in the sanctuary, also for our confirmands and others in need of prayer. They also work on banners, making new and keeping our favorites in great shape. They have a beginner’s class so you can learn how to knit or crochet. They go on great field trips and have a lot of fun. Every age is welcome so if you want to stitch or want to learn please contact Edna A. for meeting times.

PRAYER CARD MINISTRY

The Prayer Card ministry is Good Sam’s way of saying we care with a personal note to anyone who needs it. To have one sent to someone you know in need of an encouraging word please either put it on a blue card or contact the office and it will be sent to Joanie J. who currently heads up the ministry all by herself, thanks Joanie. If you would like to be a part of this ministry please contact Joanie J. or Margi K.

Prayers of the People are handed out on Sunday mornings on a yellow sheet of paper. If you have a prayer request, please email the church office by Wednesday for it to be printed on the Sunday sheet or you may fill out the prayer request section on the Information cards on Sunday morning.
